Who Are We?
QADS is a long established high integrity recruitment consultancy and employment business that originally specialised in sourcing engineers and technical personnel for both permanent and contract positions. Whilst this remains the core of our business, we now also handle a broad range of administrative, accounting / finance, customer service and warehousing positions. Our assignments cover junior office staff through to senior manager level and the positions are usually full time but can also be part time. Whichever method of employment is selected, our objective is to deliver a responsive, quality service to both our clients and those individuals who register with us, based on proven systems and a low overhead operation.
Our clients range from large UK based multi-nationals to smaller local companies, operating in a wide variety of manufacturing industry. They include smoke stack and hi-tech, chemicals and power generation, oil & gas, civil and electrical engineering sectors as well as general manufacturing. We also frequently handle assignments overseas, especially in the oil & gas and construction sectors.
The job functions and positions are even more varied than the companies we serve. They range from design draughtsman to manufacturing management, process engineer to customer service manager, from technical field engineer to accounts supervisor.
